Claims of rape and abuse in Austria's juvenile justice system

Austria is reviewing its juvenile justice system after a series of rapes and a suicide among young offenders in prison. There’ve been calls for the justice minister to resign after she said a reported rape was “an isolated case” and prisons are not meant to be nice places. Kerry Skyring reports from Vienna.
