The international trade and technology fair, CeBIT, opens its doors today for the media. And starting Tuesday, the annual fair in the German city of Hanover will be open to the public. But even ahead of the event, there was already some bad news for the consumer trade fair -- the number of exhibitors has dropped by about 5-percent, to 5-thousand-800.
