Gunfire and explosions have been rocking central Bangkok today as the Thai army and anti-government protestors clashed in a day of running street battles. Five people have been killed and upwards of one hundred wounded. Troops are trying to drive out the demonstrators who've paralysed parts of the commercial district for weeks - demanding the government resign.
