Jan Bredack's career was getting off to a turbo-charged start. At the age of 30, he was already a top manager at Germany's most prestigious carmaker, Mercedes-Benz. But then, he decided to start over completely. Bredack, who became a vegan, founded Veganz, Berlin's first all-vegan supermarket. Business is good, but the bottom line is no longer Bredack's main priority.
