Cannabis coffee shops in the capital?

A controversial plan has been put forward to open Germany's first cannabis coffee shop in Berlin. The new mayor of the lively Kreuzberg district, Monika Hermann, says selling marijuana legally in cafes could help tackle drug dealing in the area.
