Bush hits the road

Incumbent US president George W Bush has hit the road for the first time in his election campaign in the run-up to the November vote. He kicked-off with a two-day bus tour of the states of Michigan and Ohio. He was greeted by roaring
crowds, but also faced hundreds of protesters.
