Bother in Büsingen - A German Enclave and the Strong Swiss Franc

The small town of Büsingen is a German enclave in Switzerland - and right now, that means it's suffering a two-fold disadvantage. Its 1400 residents here have to pay exceptionally high tax in Germany, even though their everyday currency is the Swiss Franc - which is strong at the moment that the people of Büsingen are getting worried.
