The coca leaf, finds many traditional medicinal and religious uses. But it is also the base ingredient for cocaine. It's big business for drug traffickers. And it's a question of survival for many small Bolivian farmers who still rely on the crop. Now a new program has been launched to reduce the amount of coca destined for drugs while acknowledging the leaf's economic and cultural importance.
