Berlin Air Show
The Berlin Air Show 2008
The International Aerospace Exhibition and Conference (ILA) runs from May 27 to June 1 at Schoenefeld Airport outside of Berlin. Over 300 aircraft, like the super-sized Airbus A380 will be on view.
Jets and Helecopters Galore
Whether you are into vertical or horizontal take-offs, the 2008 ILA has something for you.
Whirlibird2
Camouflage does not seem to be a priority for the Indian Air Force. For the first time, helicopters from the helicopter squadron "Sarang" are taking part in the show.
Pride of the Luftwaffe
Built in Germany, the Eurofighter Typhoon is always a big draw at the ILA.
"Space for Life"
As the motto for this year's show proves, the sky is not the limit at the ILA. This exhibit features a model of the inside of the Space Shuttle Columbus -- with gravity!
It's A Small World Afterall
Part of the ILA also features exhibits related to European space programs.
