Forget the euro crisis for a moment... Here in Germany, there's another very big challenge the government is struggling with - the transition to renewable energy. The goal is an epic one: cutting carbon emissions by 80-percent by the year 2050. And that means building epic amounts of infrastructure - from solar farms to power lines to wind parks. The trouble is, things like wind parks aren't always popular with the people who live near them. So planners are looking for new ways of getting local communities to share in the benefits. We went to see one scheme in western Germany that's blazing the trail in the fight against climate change.
