One by one Europe's bastions of bank secrecy are falling. Luxembourg recently said it's willing to give it up but Austria is still sending mixed signals. The finance minister says bank secrecy must be protected while the Austrian Chancellor says the country will negotiate. So will they or won't they give in to the pressure. Kerry Skyring reports from Vienna.
