Ashton calls on Israel to end its blockade of the Gaza Strip

Wrapping up a visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton pledged more EU financing of projects in Gaza and demanded Israel completely lift its blockade of the strip.
