Germany’s Goethe Institute, whose mission it is to promote and disseminate German culture in all its forms, sent German producer and DJ Hans Nieswandt to cast local electronic music artists on a metropolis-hopping-trip through the Asia-Pacific region in 2006. The participants were invited to come to Germany in 2007, where their busy schedule included performances at the c/o-pop festival in Cologne this past August.
