A new pipeline aims to bring Ukraine in from the cold

This week saw the opening of a pipeline which will allow the EU to deliver natural gas to Ukraine. The so-called “reverse-flow” line is designed to meet Ukraine’s energy needs if Russia continues to block gas supplies to it during the coming winter. The pipeline runs through Slovakia which has a border with Ukraine. Helen Seeney asked correspondent Kerry Skyring what the pipeline can deliver.
