A first for young voters in Scotland

In 2014, Scotland is set to hold an official referendum on independence. It will be a historic vote - not just because it could break away from the rest of the UK, but also because, for the first time, younger people, aged 16 and 17 will also allowed to cast their ballot. It's a first for Great Britain, where the legal voting age is 18 - as Kyle McKinnon reports.
