A defiant requiem rings out over Prague

For thousands of Jews the Terezin concentration camp in Nazi-occupied Czechoslovakia was a stopover before the death camps of the east. It was also a centre of great artistic talent. And it was the scene of a remarkable musical confrontation between Jewish inmates and their Nazi captors as Rob Cameron reports from Prague.
