The International Labor Organization estimates more than 20 million people are victims of forced labor around the world. Latin America accounts for about two million of these slaves. Many of these victims have left their poor and violent home countries in the hope of safety and better job opportunities. Instead they often end up living a nightmare worse than they could have ever imagined.
