Egypt's historic treasures can be found in famous museums all around the world. Those in Egypt's possession, though, finally have an institution with the space to house and display them properly. The Grand Egyptian Museum is set to fully open its doors on November 4.

With over 100,000 artifacts, including all 5,600 treasures from Tutankhamun’s tomb, the billion-dollar museum offers space, research facilities, and modern curation. Egypt aims to boost tourism by up to 20%, showcasing its heritage and scientific capabilities.
