In addition to the hundreds of thousands of refugees that have fled to neighboring countries, there are also those who have left their homes, but are still inside Syria. The Syrian Arab Red Crescent says there are over 1.5 million internally displaced people now. That means about one in every 15 Syrians is on the run.
