South Korea welcomes Kim Jong Un's willingness to talk

South Korea has said it welcomed North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's offer to send a delegation to the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and to hold talks with the South to improve relations. Kim Jong Un had used his televised New Year's Day address to make the offer.
