The top court of the United Nations has rejected Nicaragua's legal effort to force Germany to halt military assistance to Israel. Nicaragua alleged that German arms supplies to Israel were enabling acts of "genocide." A human rights lawyer tells DW that some of the allegations were based on "incorrect information" which "didn’t play well in front of the court."
